On March 9, 2006 at Daytona Beach Municipal Stadium, Aid to Injured Riders received a $10,000 donation from the family of Randy Burroughs . Randy was an avid motorcycle rider and a huge fan of Flattrack racing, he was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident during Daytona Bike Week 2005 . Randy’s wife Brenda was on site to present the donation check to the AIR Board of Directors during the Pre-Race Ceremonies .
Brenda Burroughs receives her commemorative plaque
