Affiliation with Flattrack: Mom (Vicky Sowders) put me on a bike just after a year old, first race 6 weeks old, Uncle Scott Adams is former national #29, brother GNC Expert 81G Bret Sowders, Father Denny Sowders still races, Grandparents (Adams Racing) still sponsor riders, raced for a few years, started working in the office & running the local races, have written stories for Cycle News, www.dtol.net, & fastlane since age 14 . Part of AIR organization since 2001 .
What do you do outside of being at the track: Work for Healthcare Financial Resources at Mercy Hospital, go to concerts, listening to music, playing soccer for two teams, fantasy football against my parents, fantasy NASCAR against my mom & just hanging with the family .

Kristen Herrick, Vice President

Hometown: Birmingham, MI
Affiliation with Flattrack: Cousin is #9 Jay Springsteen . I began riding a Yamaha YZ50 at the age of 4 and I now ride street bikes (H-D, '81 FXSB Sturgis) . I try to travel to 4-6 GNC races per year.
What do you do outside of being at the track: I work full-time in Sales for the Detroit Lions NFL Franchise . I like to travel, ride motorcycles and of course I like to go shopping .

Jodi Lewis, Treasurer

Hometown: Coatesville, Pa
Affiliation with Flattrack: Girlfriend of Jake Johnson, sister of John Lewis(races dirttrack and supermotard) . Been around racing for nine years, and the pro circuit for almost four years . At the races I take times for Jake and other riders, and help Dolly Varnes in the AMA trailer occasionally .
What do you do outside of being at the track: I am going to college to become a teacher . I work at a hair salon, take care of my grandfather and his apartment, and hang out with boyfriend Jake Johnson, and my friends when we are all at home at the same time . I also take care of our horses and ride horses with friends when I get the chance .

Sue Murray, Secretary

Hometown: Grand Blanc, MI
Affiliation with Flattrack: Steve Murray, #26X, is my son . He started racing flattrack when he was 7 years old, so our weekends have revolved around racing for approximately 14 years .
What do you do outside of being at the track: I am employed as a secretary at a high school and spend the rest of my time chauffeuring my 14 year old daughter to her various activities .
